The Lady Bombers were on the road this evening at Benton Central and faced a tough loss. I'm very proud of our team's effort and willingness to work together. A-Team 25-5, 25-15 Leading Scorers: Paige Hurley was 6/7 in serving, Marlee Graf was 4/5, and Lexi Rhen was 2/3. Setting: Madigan Cawby was 2/2 in setting. Attacking: Azzie Agnew was 3/3 in attacking with 3 kills, Leia Rendant was 1/1 with 1 kill, and Paige Hurley was 1/1 with 1 kill. Digs: Azzie Agnew and Madigan Cawby were 2/2 in digs. Tips: Azzie Agnew, Marlee Graf, Paige Hurley, and Leia Rendant had 1 tip. B-Team 25-10, 25-19 Leading Scorers: Aliyah Steele was 5/5 in serving with 1 ace, Bianca Aponte was 4/5, and Addyson Simmons was 3/3. Setting: Nella Lakin was 11/13, and Bianca Aponte and Aliyah Steele were 5/5. Attacking: Mia Ruiz had 3 kills. Digs: Addyson Simmons and Mia Ruiz were 2/2 in digs, and Elena Wiltgens, Nella Lakin, and Bianca Aponte had 1. Tips: Nella Lakin and Bianca Aponte had 5 tips, Aliyah Steele added 2, and Mia Ruiz had 1. This Saturday, our team will travel to Lafayette Tecumseh to play in the WCJC Volleyball Tournament.
