Bombers Shut Out John Glenn 28-0, now stand 3-0

Bombers defense set the tone early and often and carried the home Bombers to their 3rd straight victory to open the 2025 season by the score of 28-0. Leading the way on Defense was Logan Metzger who had double digit tackles from his Linebacker position. Dyson Henderson had an outstanding game from defensive end where he secured 2 tackle for losses and 5 total tackles. Luke Belden had a 4th quarter interception returned 40 yards to set up Bombers last score of the night. Belden, Chris Crouch, Braylon Mullins, Landon Musch, and Metzger all had Pass Break ups as well. Offensively the Bombers had a pair of outstanding performances on the ground, led by Logan Metzger who popped off for 3 touchdowns and 145 yards on the night on only 13 carries. Fellow Senior running mate Carter Ogborn had 103 yards and a touchdown. Cohen Westfall completed 4 passes for 107 yards, 2 long strikes to each Donnie Sellers and Landon Musch, who both had 2 catches each on the night. John Yallay once again was a perfect 4-4 on PAT and had an outstanding night kickoffs and Punting. Bombers are now 3-0 as they head down to West Lafayette next Friday for a 6:30 p.m. Central time start.
