8th grade Bomber Football team finished the season last night losing a tough battle to the CC Knights 20-16. Offensively for the Bombers Kaden Davis had 88 yards rushing with a TD and two 2pt conversions. Sam Boer had 38 yards rushing, Jase Stokes had 23 yards rushing, a nice 22 yard TD throw to Charlie Todd and a 12 yd reception to Waylon Harrington. Defensively for the Bombers Jase Stokes had 10 tackles, Mason Mitchell, Kaden Davis, Waylon Harrington, Sam Boer, Joey Call, Charlie Todd, Jack Wirtz, and Aiden Baker all had a tackle or two a piece. Even though it didn't end the way we all wanted it to... We couldn't be more proud of this group of 8th graders, they fought there hearts out in every game this year and might've came up short a few times but if they can stay together and push forward they will do some great things at the next level. We're all VERY PROUD of all of you boys and the work you put in for yourselves, keep up the great work. GO BOMBERS!!
