Tough 2nd half again for the Bombers as they went up against 4a Culver Academy on their Parent Weekend which was played on Saturday afternoon. Bombers defense got an early fumble recovery which led to Bombers offense scoring on their 4th play off the day with a 1st down 47 yard touchdown throw from Beck Drone to Rashad Claybon to go up 7-0 early, however that lead evaporated on the ensuing kickoff where Culver Academy brought it back for 97 yard score to knot it up 7-7. Bombers went on another long drive, but came away with no points after a penalty inside the 10 and a Sack took the visitors away from a FG attempt. Culver then eventually breaks through to go up 14-7, but another Bomber Drive was stoped on their march towards scoring position with a 1st down Fumble inside the 40 yard line, but Defense held and forced a 3 and out punt at Midfield which led for another long drive, this time capped off with a Landen Musch 4 yard TD run, however the PAT was blocked and both teams went to halftime with the score 14-13 Culver Academy. Bombers come out in the 2nd half, get buried inside the 2 yard line on the kickoff, and offense could not get out of the deep territory in 3 plays, which led to a Culver Academy Blocked Punt for a Safety, to push the lead to 16-13, however the Bombers offense just couldn't get anything going rest of the 2nd half and defense couldn't stop the the power T rushing attack of Culver which pulled away to a final of 37-13.
