The 6th and 7th grade Rensselaer Football team traveled to Klondike middle school last night grinding out a 28-22 win. Leading the way for the young Bombers was Waylon Harrington with 189 rushing yards and 3 touchdowns. Jay Pack tallied up 23 yard rushing and 6th grader Dylan Iseminger rushed for 17 yds and had a 2 pt conversion. Iseminger also had a nice 32yd kick off return for the Bombers giving them great field position. Defensively for the Bombers Kaycen Reed had 5 tackles and 2 huge sacks to end the game. Waylon Harrington had 4 tackles and a 64 yard INT return TD. Hudson Carter had 4 tackles and a Fumble recovery and Jay Pack added in 3 tackles. The Bombers take on Twin Lakes next Thursday in their home opener starting at 5p.m. come on out and support our young Bombers.
