On a chilly night at Curtis Creek Golf Club, Beck Drone played a wonderful even round of 36 (his new low Match Score) with his Birdie on Par 5 8th, which helped propel the Bombers over West Lafayette 172-177. Freshman Merrick Drone also carded a 44, establishing his new career Low for 9 hole match. Jackson Geleott and Carson Drone rounded out the scoring of 46s each to get the team score to 172 and the Win. The 2 kickout scores tonight was Levi Knoth 50 and Jagger Wuetrich getting his first Varsity Start with a 53. In Reserve Match, Parker Johns had his career low 48 and Ty Cochran shot his first sub 50 round in his career with a 49. Noah Forrestall also fired 49, followed by Jacob Rodibaugh 57, Mason Ames 62, Ian Harris 64. Bombers will return to action next Thursday at Curtis Creek with a 4 way match with Newton Counties North and South along with Andrean.
